ACADEMIC COORDINATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• 3 years of experience in Direction and Coordination of academic programs of up to 1200 students and 150 employees.

• Youngest director in the 75-year history of the Carlos Raúl Villanueva School of Architecture.

• Lead the reactivation of a disjointed Master and its image renewal with Digital Marketing strategies.

• Manage the personnel hiring, as well as the policy, control, and registration of academic admissions.

• Conduct the School Council and represent academic programs before the Faculty Council and Academic Committees.

• Curricular and instructional design plus implementation of more than 30 undergraduate and graduate courses and workshops.

• Training, monitoring and evaluation of more than 200 students through face-to-face, virtual and mixed media.

• Tutor more than 20 professors during their online education training and the construction of their virtual courses.

• Pioneer in digital higher education in Venezuela, overcoming resistance and bureaucratic obstacles.

• First UCV professor with approval to teach 100% online courses while off campus.

• Coordinate the complete review and redesign of a Master's curriculum.

• Promote the Faculty of Architecture R&D in terms of technologies, strategies and teaching methodologies of online application.

• Advise the curricular and instructional design of more than 10 courses for new professors.

• Member of the Commission to promote Online Education in the Faculty of Architecture of the UCV.

• Build courses that encourage engagement and facilitate participant success.

• Convert broad and complex concepts from different disciplines into effective learning materials and media.

• Guide more than 100 students during their adaptation to the online format.

• Position an online courses as the most enrolled course on the Faculty of Architecture virtual campus.

• Create, develop, and adapt courses and presentations templates and graphics following established guidelines.

• Virtual and face-to-face tutoring of more than 20 undergraduate and postgraduate thesis students.

• Convert the curricular design from classroom courses to the online format.

• Consider and address different forms of learning and students’ special needs.

• Mature experience in effective graphic design and visual communication, as well as text editing, technical reports, and scientific writing.
